1.  Taxation Skills owns and operates the website taxationskills.com and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Taxation Skills Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer. Customer agrees that it must obtain Taxation Skills prior written consent before it may: (i) copy any of Taxation Skills material; (ii) use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or webinars; or (iii) use Taxation Skills trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication.

The term Taxation Skills Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from Taxation Skills’s Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials.

2.  Subject to payment of respective Taxation Skills Material/Product fee, Taxation Skills will grant to each of Customer: (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Taxation Skills Material/Product.
